Maintenance Services:

• Tenants call us (no more late night calls)
• Handyman level repairs $25 per hour
• Skilled labor (bid pricing)
• 24 hour emergency service

Monthly service charge of $49 ( you can set pre-approved spending limit)

Full property management:

Management fees are Flat-fee based (not percentage) Single families $75, Two families $100, Four families $150. Properties larger than Four units please call for current pricing
