Why Medford Properties Management, LLC?

Medford Properties Management is just that, a property
management firm. While we have the experience and
qualifications to perform other real estate needs, our
primary focus is property management. We consider
this a distinct and important difference to other
property management companies which are extensions
of real estate offices. We believe that this focus allows
us to provide a higher quality property management
service to both the property owner and tenants over
