Heartland Property Management

Heartland Property Management was started in 2001 by Richard Taylor, with the belief that every home should be treated with respect, care and be properly maintained and never treated like a "rental". Most people hear the name "rental" and immediately think of a worn down house with trashy tenants; this was one perception that Mr. Taylor wanted to be a part of changing. The fact is that most homes that we manage are in much better condition visually, mechanically and financially than the homes surrounding them. It is true that we have very high standards. Owners and tenants expect that from our company and we always deliver. In order to be included in our portfolio of homes a homeowner or investor must have the same high standards that we believe in. The "trick” to our success is simple; we really care about the properties, tenants and owners. We understand and appreciate the responsibility that we have to each owner, community and tenant to provide the highest quality properties and to maintain them at that standard always.
