Premiere Real Estate has been around for a decade serving the entire bay area, but focusing on it neighbors in Alameda county. After being incorporated in 2005, Premiere Real Estate decided to only hire real estate agents that had the experience. All agents were put through a rigorous set of interviews that would challenge their integrity, innovative ideas, and professionalism. At Premiere Real Estate, Inc., we stand by the concept “that we work for our clients”. By practicing good business, we anticipate working with our clients for the rest of their lives.

Pacific USA Mortgage

Pacific USA Mortgage is the financial division of Premiere Real Estate Inc., Pacific USA Mortgage was built when the majority of our clients were telling us about the horror stories of the mortgage companies they had experienced. When the majority of our real estate transactions were being held up by the outside mortgage companies because of the influx of inexperienced loan officers, we decided that we needed to take charge. We brought in experienced account executives from various banks to offer training, underwrite, and structure loan transactions. Pacific USA Mortgage Company is very proud of our loan officers. To credit our company a number of outside mortgage companies have referred their business to Pacific USA Mortgage in confidence that we would close their loans. We handle everything from residential conforming and nonconforming loans to commercial transactions. We also offer home equity lines of credit.

Maintenance Management Services

Our maintenance crew was designed when Bay Area Property Managers, Inc was born. In order to handle the maintenance for the projects assigned to our property management division we created a team of vendors to handle a variety of different cases. Currently are crew also works with BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), as a subcontractor to handle some of their work load. Our maintenance service has grown to offer projects to the general public.
